Introducing the WE11K-25×8500 CNC Marine Plate Rolling Machine
Equipment Overview
Large curved plates are used throughout shipbuilding and offshore fabrication, including hull structures, curved panels and other heavy steel components. Forming these plates requires equipment capable of handling wide and heavy material under controlled conditions.
The WE11K-25×8500 is a CNC marine three-roller plate rolling machine designed for large-plate forming applications. Its specifications include a maximum plate width of 8,500 mm, a maximum plate thickness of 25 mm and a pressing force of 600 tons.
Actual forming capacity depends on the material grade, plate dimensions and required forming radius.
Forming Large Curved Plates
The machine is intended for forming partial curved plates used in shipbuilding, offshore fabrication and other large steel structures. It can support applications such as curved hull plates, deck panels, offshore structural components and other heavy plate sections.
The applicable forming range should be reviewed according to the plate material, width, thickness and required radius for each project.
CNC-Controlled Plate Forming
The WE11K-25×8500 is equipped with a CNC control system based on a Siemens PLC. Automatic synchronization and manual operating modes support controlled adjustment during the forming process.
The machine configuration is designed to monitor and control the movement of the rolling system during large-plate forming. Equipment specifications and configuration information are provided in the equipment brochure.
Inspection & Purchase Inquiries
This equipment was prepared for a project that was later cancelled and has not been used for production. It is currently located in Goseong, South Korea.
The machine is currently available for sale. Prospective buyers are welcome to contact JL Heavy Industries to discuss the intended application, equipment condition and commercial terms.
A site visit can be arranged in advance for buyers who wish to inspect the equipment in person. Video inspection and functional inspection may also be discussed, subject to the conditions at the installation site.
